Founder and President
Since Gary began his career in the financial services industry in the early 2000’s, he’s made it a top priority to assist clients in achieving their financial potential. In doing so, Gary has developed a strong understanding of his clientele, allowing him to accurately address the specific needs, concerns, and opportunities of each client. Gary values serving the Kalamazoo community in positions on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Kalamazoo. When he’s not working with clients, Gary takes pleasure in spending time with his wife, Jill, and their two teenagers, Xavier and Maria. He is a dedicated “sports dad” who enjoys watching Xavier and Maria compete at their sporting events, and he also appreciates quiet time at home and reading.

After graduating cum laude from Northwood University with a Bachelor in Business Administration, Shane ventured into the financial field. Since Shane joined TriFound in 2011, he has quickly become one of the premier financial professionals in the U.S. Shane’s number one priority has always been educating his clientele in the financial field while providing support in the areas that other financial professional’s overlook. Shane's true passion involves the education of his clients in the financial realm. He believes that this transfer of information and knowledge supports clients' abilities to make solid financial decisions. Shane became a partner with TriFound based on its strong support in multiple service areas including finance, legal, and accounting. Shane believes that the benefits that our clients receive go far beyond anything that he could provide on his own, and the team atmosphere supports his belief in cohesive planning strategies. Shane resides in Tawas, Michigan, where he was born and raised. Shane's "support" team at home include his wife, Amanda, children, William and Eleanor, and their dog, Copper. Shane credits much of his success and happiness to a strong family structure and his belief in God.

While holding a degree in Finance and specializing in Mathematics, Justin has achieved a level of excellence in the Financial Services industry. Justin’s top priority is the accurate assessment of his clientele’s current financial makeup and the enhancement of existing accounts. At his disposal, Justin has one of the best teams of legal, financial and taxation minds in the country. This resource, along with his communication and understanding of his clients' specific needs and goals, gives him the ability to craft comprehensive financial plans that take into account the many different pitfalls that most plans succumb to.
Do you collect anything, and what? I am an avid golf fan, so I keep the scorecard from every new course that I play. I am also a big fan of anything Detroit sports related so I have some items from every team.
Tyler graduated with honors from Central Michigan University in 2014 earning his Bachelors in Business Administration with his major in Finance and his minor in Legal Studies. Throughout his time there, he was the Captain of the soccer team, Vice President of the professional business fraternity Phi Chi Theta, and participated in the Financial Management Association on campus. This busy schedule reaffirmed that the fast-paced environment of the financial world was definitely the field that he wanted to pursue. Tyler’s drive and passion for the financial planning field have made him an asset to the TriFound Team. After his internship with TriFound in 2013, Tyler received a scholarship from TriFound for his senior year of school. Shortly after graduation, he began his full-time position working directly under the President of the company, Gary Harris. He embraces his role within the company and appreciates the family environment, their holistic approach to financial planning, as well as the personalized hands-on training from some of the best minds in finance.

Stan and his team joined TriFound in January 2017. Prior to this, he founded Eden Financial Group, Inc. Stan Eden, an Investment Adviser Representative and Insurance Professional, has dedicated nearly three decades of his life to informing and assisting retirees and pre-retirees of western and northwestern Arkansas on how to create financial strategies to help them work towards their financial goals. An advocate for comprehensive financial and retirement planning, Stan helps to ensure that all components of a client’s financial affairs work in collaboration, producing the best possible outcome. He specializes in identifying potential loopholes and detects where unnecessary monies are “falling through the cracks.” Stan instills in his clients and community a true understanding of the disadvantages of an unplanned retirement and the costly mistakes that could arise from lack of preparation and attention to detail. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Stan earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University, where he majored in Finance. Stan and his wife, Marylin, live in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and attend Grand Avenue Baptist Church, where he loves to be as involved as much as he can. He enjoys fishing and traveling in his spare time.
Anthony 'Tony' Zimmer, CRFA is a Certified Retirement Financial Advisor, as well as an approved member of National Ethics Association (NEA) since 2004. He is a native of Illinois and moved to Michigan in 2014 after selling his financial services practice to TriFound. He is married to his childhood sweetheart, they have two children & five grandchildren, all of whom live in Western Michigan. Tony has been in the financial services industry for 30+ years and takes pride in positioning his clients’ assets with lower-risk strategies for retired and soon-to-retire individuals and families. He attended DePaul University & University of Illinois – Chicago.
Jill has been a TriFound team member since its earliest days, having been married to Gary since 1997. She has a knack for details and takes great satisfaction in maintaining a strong work ethic on any task, however large or small. Jill enjoys spending time with Gary and their two teenagers, Xavier and Maria, reading, watching documentaries, running, and being outside with her two dogs.

As our Client Care Director, Susan coordinates and oversees the schedules of TriFound’s professionals, as well as our supporting staff. Much of what drives Susan is her strong belief in keeping clear and open lines of communication at all times and that starts with our team members at TriFound. She also prides herself in establishing a strong relationship with each potential acquisition and creating a pleasant experience from start to finish. Susan enjoys traveling and spending time with her fiancé and two teenage children.

Sarah has worked in the financial planning industry for over 10 years. She has worked hand-in-hand with some of the best financial planners in the Chicago suburbs. When joining TriFound in 2014 as an Account Manager, she was excited to join a national team of elite professionals. Sarah’s passion is working with clients to help them plan and understand their retirement goals. She takes pride in making people feel at ease and fully comprehend their financial plan. Sarah views her clients as an extension of her family and strives to foster the same mentality among her co-workers at TriFound. Bringing a strong work ethic and attitude to an already strong team, Sarah has been a great asset to TriFound. Sarah lives in Kalamazoo, MI with her husband Jon, daughter Alyssa and dog Paige. They enjoy spending time with family and friends in their free time. Sarah and Jon are looking forward to many wonderful memories with their family in the years to come.
What do you want to do when you retire? Traveling the world with Jon to many of our bucket list locations while reflecting on the life and family we have built together.
Deneka graduated from Drexel University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. While at Drexel, she participated in three co-ops, allowing her to gain valuable knowledge and professional experience within the financial field. Deneka spent five years with Met Life before being acquired by TriFound as a Senior Analyst. Committed to fulfilling her aspirations of becoming a Wealth Manager, she recently moved from her hometown in Pennsylvania to Kalamazoo where she trains directly under TriFound’s top Wealth Managers. As an ambitious, hard-working individual, she looks forward to working with others who share the same passion for finance and dedication in assisting clients.

Avery initially joined the TriFound team as a financial intern. He is a recent graduate from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Finance major and an Economics minor. Since graduating, Avery has been working as a Senior Analyst while working directly under TriFound’s top Wealth Managers. He is taking the opportunity to learn from the best while developing experience in a fast-paced environment. Avery’s goal is to eventually become a Wealth Manager at TriFound.

Kyle has been part of the team at TriFound since 2014. Kyle's education in business management combined with his past management experience make him a perfect fit to our account manager team. He currently holds state administered licenses in Michigan and Florida, continuing his finance education. With a background in the health care industry, he quickly realized the importance of sound financial planning to help combat ever-rising health care costs. Kyle credits most of his success to strong moral values that were instilled in him by his family and his belief in God. Living in his home town of Tawas, he spends his free time studying, fishing, volunteering as a counselor for his local youth group, and spending time with his wife Sara, son Tyler and puppy Zoey.
Who or what inspires you? The person that has inspired me the most in my lifetime is my father. In the face of many adverse times, he has always approached life with a level head and with loyal perseverance.
Greg P. Schneck, Esq. focuses on all areas of estate planning, including wills and living trusts, guardianships, probate and trust administration. He attended Stetson University where he received both his JD and MBA. Prior to attending law school, Greg graduated from the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Greg is currently an active member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association. Prior to joining TriFound, Greg volunteered with Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and worked in commercial litigation.

After graduating from Michigan State University in 2017, Tyler joined the TriFound team as an Account Manager. Since then, Tyler has been working under TriFound’s top Wealth Managers. While gaining experience in the fast-paced world of finance, Tyler is looking to eventually move into a Senior Analyst position, with aspirations of one day becoming a Wealth Manager.

After Brandi worked as a bookkeeper for more than eight years for a small local business, in late 2014 she was given the opportunity to start a career in the financial industry. Within the past two years of working in an investment office, she has focused on retirement planning and has obtained a Life & Health Insurance license in the state of Arkansas. She is currently enrolled at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith, working toward a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Finance. Learning the significance of planning for the future has been motivational for her, and she aims to continue broadening her professional skills and experience.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? When I was growing up, I wanted to be a Marine Biologist. My best subject in school definitely was not science, but the idea of interacting with sea animals seemed really exciting at the time.
Brianna has worked in the Financial Services field since 2013, holding a Life & Health license along with a Series 7 license (General Securities Representative). Brianna’s passion is to help clients feel at ease with their financial picture, and to feel they have a plan, not only for today but for the future. Brianna and her fiancé reside in their home town of Laingsburg with their dog, Melo. In her free time, Brianna enjoys coaching volleyball and spending time with her family.
Who or what inspires you? My mother is the person who inspires me more than anyone. She has taught me many lessons in life, but the one I will carry with me the most is that I can do anything I set my mind to with dedication and hard work. I will always know she is my biggest fan!
After graduating from Tacoma Community College Sue started her first job in the Financial Field over 30 years ago. Her greatest joy comes from truly caring for and helping each and every client. She has lived in Tacoma, WA all of her life and loves spending time with family and friends and especially with her dog Sadie.

Adrian earned bachelor degrees in Physics and Finance with a minor in Mathematics from Oakland University. During his time at Oakland, he spent invaluable time on the e-board of the University’s Finance club, learning from local business owners and increasing his financial acumen through competitions and extracurricular lectures. He has a background in wealth management from a private firm and also completed an internship with GM Financial International Operations. Adrian started with TriFound in January 2018 and looks forward to growing with the company using his analytical skills and passion for finance to help clients. Adrian enjoys spending his free time learning, watching sports, and going on day trips with his wife.

After becoming a widow herself in 2011, Deb realized how important it is to find solutions to maximize retirement strategies for both married couples and single folks. As the Head of the Health Team at TriFound as well as the driving force behind our Education Team, she loves educating our clients on the importance of having a solid retirement plan that addresses the deep-rooted health care questions that many people find difficult to plan for. Away from the office, Deb’s passion for teaching is transparent as she is a catechism (CCD) teacher for third and fourth graders at her church, as well as a Youth Group Leader for third through sixth graders. In her spare time, Deb takes every opportunity she can to spend time with her grandchildren.
What does your dream day look like? Spending time with my grandchildren at one of their many sporting events, followed by horseback riding in the fields with deer watching us from the distance. There is nothing more fun than showing a grandchild nature from a horse.
Laura enjoys making all clients feel safe and confident with every aspect of their financial plan. She has spent the past four years in the financial industry helping clients and achieving this goal. Laura is an Account Manager with TriFound and aspires to be a Senior Analyst. She is learning from TriFound’s top Wealth Managers to achieve this goal. Prior to her career in the financial industry, she worked in the faculty support office at North Arkansas College. This is where she realized her love for problem solving and helping people in any way possible. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her children, Joel and Cecily, as well as crafting and reading.
What do you want to do when you retire? When I retire, I want to buy an RV and travel the United States. Hopefully, I will also be enjoying my grandbabies!

Pam is our longest tenured staff member and has been a great asset to the TriFound Team as we continue to expand and grow. Pam has a wonderful personality that is easily translated by phone or in person. Her rapport with the clients of TriFound is unparalleled, and her communication with people on a daily basis is a definite benefit to the TriFound team. Pam was born and raised in Plainwell, Michigan and spends much of her free time with her family. She married the man of her dreams, Scott, in 1988, and they have two beautiful daughters, Paige and Hannah. She and her husband are very involved in their local church, as Scott resides as an assistant Pastor there.
What is the best money tip you were given growing up? Save for a rainy day. As women, we should always have a little secret stash somewhere.

Before joining TriFound in 2014, Sarah worked as a customer service representative at a motorsport dealership. Sarah enjoys the team environment she has experienced with TriFound and, more importantly, the special bond she has with the clients she meets on a daily basis. Sarah enjoys being the first smile seen when clients come into our Kalamazoo office. She epitomizes the definition of customer service. Sarah was born and raised in southern Michigan as the youngest in her family. She moved to the Kalamazoo area to find a long-lasting career and now resides there with her significant other, Tony, cat named Rage and dog named Dasa.
What does your dream day look like? Spending the weekend with my significant other at the motocross track.

Sami is one of the first voices you hear when calling TriFound and the first smile you will see at the Tacoma office. Her friendly and professional demeanor allows her to work well with all of TriFound’s clients. Sami has worked in customer service for almost two years and enjoys creating special bonds with each client. In her spare time she enjoys being with her friends and family, coaching little league soccer and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Tara is one of the first friendly voices you hear when calling TriFound, and the first welcoming face you will be greeted by at the Saginaw office. Tara has worked in customer service her whole life and enjoys making a personal connection with each client. She grew up in a small town in northern Michigan and later moved to mid-Michigan for her education in Exercise Science. She now resides in the Saginaw area with her significant other, Alex.
What do you want to do when you retire? I would love to move somewhere warm year-round, possibly North Carolina. I’d also like to visit every state at least once.

Janna brings a wide-ranging background of legal knowledge to TriFound. She began her legal career working at a civil defense firm, focusing on constitutional law and municipal law in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the legal team at TriFound, she also practiced criminal law and business law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Janna received her law degree from Widener University’s Delaware Law School in 2013. While in law school, she served as the Styles Editor on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and spent a semester working at the Veterans Law Clinic at Widener. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia in December 2009.
